Roger Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Rmartialarts LTD, Rafael Da Silva Barro, Roger Gracie and/or its staff and students are not to be held liable or responsible for any risks and/or injuries that may occur as a result of training.
T&C: No refunds, cancelations or freezing during the first month of contract the payment will only be frozen during the first month on your contract due to injury that occurred during training at Roger Gracie Academy and following a written request supported by medical evidence.
After 1 month your membership will continue a monthly rolling basis. If you require to freeze or cancel your membership after you have completed the 1 month fixed period of your contract you can do so by providing us with one month notice in written or via email. I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and I confirm I am committing to a contract for a period of minimum of 1 month. I also agree to follow and adhere to the rules and guidelines of the Academy.
